Make a night of your own.

A programme with a point of view deserves a practical plan. Tell us the idea, the people behind it and the kind of audience you want to bring together.

A different use of the room

A recording, a rehearsal or a creative gathering may need a different setup. Tell us the purpose before assuming the space fits.

Discuss the space

From idea to confirmed event.

  1. 01

    Share the proposal

Describe the programme, date range, expected audience and responsible organiser. Include the support and equipment you need.

  2. 02

    Agree the operating plan

Discuss permitted use, capacity, access, technical provision, staffing and responsibilities. Confirm the commercial terms.

  3. 03

    Confirm before announcing

Read the written agreement, cancellation terms and promotion plan. A tentative date or an enquiry is not a confirmed booking.

Hire questions

Can we supply our own production?

Share the specification and the people responsible. Any additional equipment and working arrangements need approval before the event.

Can you hold a date?

Ask about the current process and its conditions. Only a direct written confirmation establishes the booking.
