Create a website

Start with a template

  1. Create an account and sign in. Your workspace keeps your organisations and projects together.
  2. Browse templates and open Preview to explore the actual pages. Choose Use template, name the project and select its organisation. Choose Blank website for an empty page.
  3. Keep Flat files for the default content storage, or choose PostgreSQL. Both use the same editor.
  4. Create the project. Studio opens a private draft; creating or saving it does not make it public.

Make it yours

  1. Replace the template name, photographs and copy. Check its pages, menu destinations and contact details.
  2. Use Content for repeated entries such as services and articles. Check desktop, tablet and mobile layouts.
  3. Wait for the saved status, then open Preview. Forms are disabled in preview.
  4. Select Publish, review the changed pages and content, then choose Publish website. If the confirmation shows Ready to host, set up hosting before sharing a public address.

Templates become independent project content. Your changes do not alter the template or anyone else’s website. Review starter copy, sample prices and example reviews before publishing.
